Bicycle and Pedestrian Injuries
If you or a loved one has been injured in a pedestrian or bicycle accident involving a motor vehicle, the pedestrian or bicyclist is entitled to certain rights under the Michigan No-Fault law.
A bicyclist or pedestrian injured in a motor vehicle accident may be able to recover personal injury protection (PIP) benefits under Michigan’s No-Fault statute.
