Traverse City Attorney Jay Zelenock Featured Speaker at State Conference

Traverse City Attorney Jay Zelenock was asked to speak at a statewide conference and was a featured speaker on employment law and the anti-retaliation statutory provisions of state and federal law. Mr. Zelenock’s talk provided an overview of the anti-retaliation provisions of Michigan’s Whistleblower Protection Act, the federal Americans with Disability Act (ADA), the Michigan Persons with Disabilities Civil Rights Act (PDWCRA), the Michigan Mental Health Code, and other provisions of state and federal law at the 22nd Annual Recipient Rights Conference organized by Michigan’s Department of Community Health and Human Services at the Radisson Plaza Hotel in Kalamazoo, Michigan on September 16, 2015.
